A brand new mascot has been waddling around the island as of today. He seems very ghostly and unlifelike. Creepy, eh? He doesn't do anything other than teleport from room to room.
Clicking him will bring you a regular playercard, however it has the mascot interface. Clicking the little box in the corner will give you a Gravestone Pin. Unfortunately, he does not reward a stamp or a mascot background.
I personally think this is the ghost of the disappeared NPC penguin from Penguin Chat 3 aka DJ Maxx who never made it to Club Penguin. DJ Maxx used to be the DJ at the Night Club before Cadence came along.
