Item Transfer

Hi Penguins!

You may have seen a number of players waddling around the island with different party hats from the original club penguin game like this fellow below:

If you're wondering how this dude got the party hat, then I'm here to cure your curiosity. The item transfer has officially opened! If you haven't already heard, for the next few days you'll be able to transfer your old anniversary hats from your original user in Club Penguin to your new one on Club Penguin Rewritten!

While there were a few complications and the actual transfer page had to be deleted, you can now create and send a support ticket to the CPR team by clicking here. Before you create your ticket you must first create a support account unless you already have one. In the ticket you must include a screenshot of your penguin age as proof.

Your ticket will be answered within approximately 72 hours since the CPR staff has been receiving an influx of support tickets due to the transfer so please be patient.

I think it's cool that we'll be able to keep our old anniversary hats as a memory.
